More Than Music, It's a Mission

RiseFest is an annual music festival experience that helps people from all over the nation experience Jesus. Featuring the nation’s top Christian artists and speakers, RiseFest brings thousands of people together in a joyous celebration of hope. Attendees experience music, seminars, activities for all ages, ministry outreach, and much more. Everyone attending RiseFest has the opportunity to hear about the life-changing message of hope in Jesus.

“RiseFest is more than music, it’s a mission. It’s not just a slogan, it’s our heartbeat. We believe God has given us a platform to share the life-changing message of Jesus.” Rob Roozeboom, Founder of RISE Ministries and RiseFest

Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus

Another way we share hope in Jesus is to bless, serve, and love people in tangible ways. The following are just a few of the ways we get to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community and beyond.

Touch of Hope Haiti + Rosie's Boutique

Touch of Hope Haiti is a non-profit working to see families strengthened in Haiti. They do this through education, orphan care, and job creation. Check out their website to learn how you can bless families in Haiti.

Rosie's Boutique features and promotes 100% Haitian made product. Each item in their shop is bought directly from Haiti and was selected to bring a fun collection of gifts, decor, and jewelry. Rosie's partners with 10+ businesses in Haiti that have all created cultures of empowerment, fair wages and equality. Rosie's stands besides these businesses by promoting and selling their goods and have created this same culture within their business and employ a beautiful group of women who create handmade greeting cards.

Eight Days of Hope

Eight Days of Hope serves as the hands and feet of Jesus by providing light in the face of darkness and restoration in the face of destruction. They are a national organization that responds to disasters across the country, helping to rebuild homes, communities, and lives. They exist to love and serve those in need, providing disaster relief, safe house building, mass feeding opportunities, and more.

In June 2024, the northwest part of Iowa was hit with historic floods, and so many of our friends and community members lost their homes and businesses. We were able to partner with Eight Days of Hope to serve families in Sheldon, Spencer, and Rock Valley by drying homes, sorting through belongings, preventing mold growth, and offering laundry services. We're incredibly grateful for the partnership with Eight Days of Hope and their willingness to step into the community without hesitation.

Bless A Family Program

This program blesses families walking through adversity. It provides a festival experience they'll never forget. "We hope they experience God’s love through music, gifts, meeting bands, and becoming a part of the RISE Family forever. The Bless A Family program is God’s hands and feet at work."
