ROTR Dominican Republic

This year we took a group of 17 people with us to serve in the Domincan Republic June 24-July 1. This was our sixth trip to the DR. The first day we arrived we served the people by painting a classroom. For the rest of the week, we demolished a family's home that was made out of wooden poles and covered in tin, and rebuilt the walls with cinderblocks and put a new roof on. We had an eventful trip home full of delays and overnight stays. It's always an adventure! This trip was such a blessing and so many lives were touched!
